Important Policies and Procedures Updates

We’re excited to share some updates to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers and partners in 2025.

Policy Changes:

  1. Gallery Expiration
    • Galleries will now expire 6 months after the original shoot date. Be sure to place your orders before the expiration date.
  2. Senior Portraits
    • We no longer offer senior portraits.
  3. Travel Clubs and Leagues Contracts
    • Contracts will now be sent to all NEW travel clubs and leagues outlining expectations and policies.
  4. Shipping
    • No free shipping is available. All orders will include shipping fees.
    • Galleries can no longer be combined, for accounting purposes.
  5. Discount Codes
    • Discount codes will no longer be provided.
    • If additional staff is required due to insufficient volunteers, prices will increase by 15% to cover the added expense. We aim to keep costs low by utilizing YOUR volunteers.
  6. Gallery Reopening Requests
    • Reopened galleries will offer a la carte PRINT items ONLY with a 10% price increase (no specialty items or digital downloads).
